Window Blind Materials
This is a 3-ply material, the two outside components are full body deep dyed with UV inhibitors, laminated to a metallized component in the middle. F72 SR has a very low visible light transmission or VLT of approximately 4%. This material also features an SR or scratch resistant hard coat for preserving maximum optical clarity. F72 SR was specially designed for airport control towers and is specified for all FAA, US Army, US Navy and US Air Force control towers and in over 90 nations worldwide.
F72 SR is also highly recommended for other applications as well, including commercial office buildings or residential.

DS 8 SR features an SR scratch resistance hard coat for preserving maximum optical clarity. DS 8 SR is a companion material in colour and construction to F72 SR but with a slighter higher visible light transmission of approximately 8%. DS 8 SR is approved by the US FAA, Army, Navy and Air Force for airport control towers.
DS 8 SR is also highly recommended for other applications as well, including commercial office buildings or residences.
TRIPLEX
Triplex are 3-ply materials, the two outside components are full body deep dyed for colour, laminated to a metallized component in the middle for high solar energy rejection. The metallized component in the middle is unseen and the visible light reflectance or VLR, is minimized.
DUPLEX
Duplex are 2-ply materials, one component is full body deep dyed for colour, and the other metallized for an exceptionally high total solar total energy rejection (TSER) of up to 94%. In 'see-thru' materials, Duplex has our highest total solar energy rejection and when measured over the full near infrared spectrum, an extraordinarily high IR reduction or cut of up to 99%.
DUPLEX SUPER A
Duplex Super A are 2-ply materials, one sputtered component laminated to a clear component. Super A features a wide range of visible light transmissions (VLT's) from as low as 10% to a high of 69%. The higher VLT's are excellent for showroom or display windows that need protection from sun damage while allowing merchandise to be clearly viewed.
DUPLEX MIDNIGHT
Duplex Midnight is a 2-ply black-out material that features a black matte component laminated to a densely metallized component for an extraordinary high total solar energy rejection of 96%. This material provides 24 hour privacy with 100% IR reduction or cut over the full near-infrared (NIR) spectrum of 780 - 2500 nm and 100% UV reduction.
